Orders received before 2.00pm will be dispatched the same day . All orders received after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Price you see includes FREE UK Mainland delivery ( Zone A + B ) . If you selected Express Delivery as your delivery method, we need your email address or mobile telephone number during checkout, you will receive delivery information via the couriers with a 1 hour time window if your delivery is in the UK via DPD.
We use various shipping methods in order to get the best combination of service and value for money for our customers.
We use the services of a Courier ( DPD or Myhermes ) and Royal Mail. Due to the amount of orders we ship with courier we have special discounted pricing from them and are able to offer extremely competitive pricing. The various shipping methods are shown during the order process and also at checkout for you to specify which method is suitable to you.
NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
Postage and Packing Information
DPD charges and Royal Mail are priced not only on weight of an item but size of the consignment and packaging costs. BFPO delivery not available

The postage and packing price is worked out by the weight and size of your purchases including packaging. All of the items for sale on this site have had their weight taken and added to the sites weight database with packaging included. The total weight is then calculated once you enter the ordering process and the cost of postage and packing is shown during the ordering process. For small purchase of 2Kg or less we find Royal Mail / Myhermes the most cost effective.
Example of our Courier costs are:
- Standard UK delivery = Free ( Zone A + B only )
- Express UK delivery = £4.99 including VAT ( Zone A + B only )
- Zone C and D postcode = £ 3.99 including VAT surcharge

Redelivery Charges
If the couriers attempt to deliver you package on numerous occasions and are unable to deliver due to no access (person not at home) and no arrangement is made by you, the customer, with the couriers to collect the package, the package will be re-turned back to Natureinks Limited by the couriers.
You will be charged for the return of the package to Natureinks Limited and also for the re-sending of the package, to you, the customer, as we are charged by the couriers for this service.
If you wish to have the parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched e.g. to your workplace, due to you realizing you will not be at home, again we are charged by the couriers for this service and must pass this charge on to you the customer.
NOTE: This service is only available after your first order has been shipped to your billing address.
